In a separate study at the University of Minnesota revealed that patients with primary chronic insomnia who followed a three-month meditation program at home actually improved their ability to fall asleep and stay asleep.


So as you can see sitting down to clear your mind for just 10 minutes a day is enough to overcome anxiety and stress.
